Volunteers
from the local community (including local schoolies...good on ya!) have
planted traditional waterside trees, including rarity-rare ones and cleared
vegetation in a new riverside venture. This is to encourage the growth
of special meadow plants that are otherwise disappearing from the area.

Dragonflies,
amphibians and under water plants can look forward to the good life in
new marshy areas and ponds built close to the river. What's more the team
are still going strong creating more wetland habitats.
